RHEMA Consulting Solutions, our corporate office (NDManagement Company) and its partners are strategic, management consulting organizations, that have based our vision on “multilayered’ inspired wisdom that engages insights which can lead to ideas, action, and opportunity” and its unique principles to success.

We are faith-driven problem-solvers— driven to improve performance and operations in entrepreneur startups, nonprofit organizations, and in professional individuals careers.

In our development stages, we started out providing strategic coaching to individuals who lacked direction, and those who were simply burned out; we later added the entrepreneur startup division to our lineup.

We wanted to expand to a division that would be easy to cultivate; one that would effectively intersect our management consulting expertise, that helps businesses improve performance and helps achieve goals, our faith-based roots, with our interests of entrepreneurship and workplace training & development.

RHEMA Consulting Solutions, was that branch, and reopened its latest division in 2019, prior to the pandemic shutdown; we focused on providing 21st century personalized solutions to small business startups, and professional career individuals.

We provide consulting services, based on the application of wisdom, which is designed to help anyone who wants to learn to make better decisions, manage more effectively, and lead more successfully. It requires the application of knowledge and discernment (perceive something clearly), that comes from perspective. Inspired consultive wisdom, will meet a client's specific need, and is a custom approach that is highly personalized for each of our clients; and focuses on their unique needs, preferences, and expectations.

The WORD “RHEMA” is specific and unique consultation/advice, that has inside it all the capacity and ingredients to produce the results desired. Our consultation is never empty and carries significant meaning for the recipient receiving it. It always fulfills and is always effective! (Lk.1:37) This approach was created by our CEO and Founder.

We tend to have more senior staff in our network. This means we can offer exceptional expertise to our clients. By doing so, strong implementation support is provided, and clients are happy with the services offered.

Our Vision

Within our 25+ year corporate history, we went from our table-top—to our initial shared corporate office space—Raleigh Creedmoor Rd. Office Park—then to the Highwoods’ Triangle Executive Center; after a number of years, we moved our training facility space inside the Wakefield Executive Centre…then at the best and most important part of our 25+ years of success—we entered the Cary/RTP/Durham market.

With more than two decades of history conducting career, workforce and job development services. Our keen consulting advice, insight and inborn, high-level scriptural wisdom, has served thousands of career professionals and prospective startup entrepreneurs—both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors.

Our professional associations include being a 5-year member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and former member of the Southeast Raleigh Economic Development Committee of Wake County.

Our history in the industry has taught us that with Faith in God, a Vision and a Strategic Plan, “anything is possible!”

Consulting Rates

Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate.
Our consultants and coaches keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of your project.

We only work, for as long as your project requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for filing, in depth messaging, and research tools.
