RHEMA Consulting Solutions, corporate office and its partners are strategic, management consulting organizations, that have based our vision on “multilayered’ inspired wisdom that engages insights which can lead to ideas, action, and opportunity” and unique principles to success.

We are faith-driven problem-solvers—driven to improve performance and operations in entrepreneur startups, nonprofit organizations, and in professional individuals careers.

In our development stages, we started out providing strategic career coaching to individuals who lacked direction, and those who were simply burned out; we later added the entrepreneur startup division to our lineup in 2019; prior to the pandemic shutdown. We focused on providing 21st century personalized solutions to small business startups, and professional career individuals; and later (2025), our specialty division named targeted as the Kingdom-Driven Consulting division.

We wanted to strategically expand into divisions that would be relatively easy to cultivate; specifically, those that would effectively intersect with our existing management consulting expertise. Our aim is to help businesses improve overall performance and achieve their specific goals, while also integrating our faith-based roots. This approach aligns seamlessly with our interests in promoting entrepreneurship, as well as enhancing workplace training and development initiatives.

We wanted to provide “inspired” insight, which would meet a client's specific need, and that is a custom approach; highly personalized for each of our clients; and that focuses on their unique needs, preferences, and expectations.

Our Vision

Within our extensive corporate history that spans over 25 years, we progressed significantly from our modest beginnings at a simple table-top setup—to our very first shared corporate office space located in the Raleigh Creedmoor Rd. Office Park.

After some time, we advanced to the more prominent Triangle Executive Center—Highwoods; following a number of successful years in that environment, we took the important step of relocating our training facility space into the appealing Wakefield Executive Centre.

Finally, at what can truly be regarded as the pivotal and most significant moment in our 25+ years of achievements—we boldly entered the vibrant Cary/RTP/Durham market, marking a new chapter in our organizational growth and success.

Our professional associations include our status as a dedicated five-year member of the City of Raleigh, Chamber of Commerce, as well as our past involvement as a former member of the Southeast Raleigh Economic Development Committee in Wake County.

Our extensive history in the industry has taught us that with unwavering faith, a clear Vision, and a well-defined Strategic Plan, “anything is possible!”

Consulting Rates

We offer an hourly rate or a flat rate based on your situation. Our consultants and coaches carefully track the time spent on your case. Work logs will be shared with all clients when the project is completed.

We work only as long as your project needs, so you won't pay for extra time. Final bills will cover filing, messaging, and research tools.
