TOPIC: Professionalism and the new entrepreneur startup  

Professionalism: the conduct, aims, or qualities that characterize or mark a profession or a professional person. It means communicating effectively and appropriately and always finding a way to be productive. It also establishes self-respect and also respect for the peers, employees, clients, and potential customers with whom you interact.

I have observed over decades of making business assessments, that it's challenging for the new startup professional, to easily effect any kind of change. Nonetheless, it must happen. Transformational change, must be met with three things:   

• Structure— You must constantly arrange components of your venture, to achieve short-term goals. Clear structure and expectations provide limits and boundaries

• Order— Maintain order! Everything must be in its correct or appropriate place

• Discipline—Train and develop yourself, especially in self-control, and develop the discipline to follow through with what you say you are going to do. You have got to be disciplined if you want long-term success.

These—are the distinctive features to achieving business Success.

In order to be professional on any level—serious effort is required to change; and that transformation has first got to start with a decision and a "want to!" Then…maintain until you reach the degree to which your business yields profit.
