A "Kingdom-Grown Leader" (KGL), refers to a leader who is developed and shaped according to the principles of the scriptures’ goals and aims; emphasizing leadership, integrity, self-awareness, vision, accountability, decision-making, creativity and resilience in handling sometimes difficult situations. KGL’s demonstrate an ability to collaborate with others; essentially extending God's kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. KGL’s lead with a focus on building up, rather than seeking personal power and private gain.
The Business Executive Planning Council was convened in January 2022, by the Office of Corporate Social Responsibility, RHEMA Consulting Solutions for the purpose of providing neighborhood faith-based orgs, faith-driven individuals and community stakeholders, with tools and opportunities to contribute substantially to the economic development of their own community.
The Business Executive Planning Council include diverse group of kingdom leaders, and influential faith driven executives, businesses and community stakeholders, who are being intentional about living out what they believe; forging relationships and impacting economic success; working together, mentoring each other, and sharing resources to accelerate economic growth in many marginalized communities.

Community Stakeholder Network are at the heart of healthy communities. They include all who live, learn, work, play, and pray in communities. Community members may have a formal leadership role in a community organization, or friends and neighbors may recognize them as the person who gets things done.

Business Executive Council Members are commissioned to:
Identify best practices and success modes of delivering services to the community
Evaluate the need for improvements in the implementation and coordination of services, to the Office of CSR chairperson.
The task is to focus on steps the committees can take to increase the economic outlook in neighborhoods and communities, and make recommendations through written reports on its research, reviews and recommendations; that will affect the delivery of services by faith-based and community organizations, to the needs of marginalized and underserved people.
This group meets regularly to focus on ways to shift paradigms (major changes), methods and practices in entrepreneurial businesses, and in faith-based ministries. Provides faith-driven organizations, businesses and neighborhood stakeholders, with opportunities to contribute to the development of their neighborhoods and communities.

Regular attendance at our virtual conference meetings, events, and participation on an Action Committee, will ensure you get the most out of your COUNCIL Membership.
Business Executive Planning Council BRIEFING
Quarterly Planning Meetings/Briefings, serve as an excellent way for our members to connect with each other and update best practices, follow-through and monitoring processes. Briefings are held on the second Thursday of the month from 10:30am to 11:30 p.m.
The Business Executive Planning Council Networking Conference convenes every July, and is for Primary Members Only (closed to guests) and serves as a general membership meeting. Participation at this meeting is strongly suggested.

Committee Participation
Regular participation with one or more of the Work committees, is important for the continued success of the organization. If you find that you cannot attend your regular committee meetings, you are encouraged to switch to another committee, whose time are much more suited to your schedule. You must however, be a part of a work committee, and participate.
Networking and Sponsored Community Events:
The Business Executive Council provide opportunities to learn, organize and launch, purposeful startup organizations and entrepreneurial ventures that builds capacity and wealth potential.
Many of our events will be offered outside of normal business hours. These events provide the opportunity to create a connection with The Business Executive Council and Local Community Stakeholders Network, in a more relaxed environment. The Business Executive Council Rewards Dinner is held in September each year and is a way to honor successful stakeholders in the community, neighborhood, churches and businesses, who have left a legacy in the community.
